It's an oldie, but a goodie!

I first worked my way through this book in 2013... and it changed the direction of my life. I began to BELIEVED in my creative power and potential. I started DOING.

Besides the mental shifts that it offers, it's also full of practical exercises (which I diligently kept up for a whole year).

My favorites ones are "Morning Pages" and "Artist's Dates" 😊.

A: affirmation

This weekend, I had a date with my daughter. 🥰 The two of us went to an anime convention called "Smash Con".

It look a LOT of effort and resources to make it happen. It stretched both of us.

And yet, it's an experience that we'll both keep forever. And I say... it was worth it!

So here is this week's affirmation:

W: wonder

Some dreams are BIG – in the "one day" category.

Some are small and can happen NOW, with some planning and effort.

It's good to have both.

We often focus on the big dreams, and forget to plan for the more immediate dreams that fill the soul. ❤️

So today, I invite you to reflect on what experiences you would like to have over the next 6 months. Realistically.

Some of them don't even require money. It only about a decision, and then some planning. 😊
